Are you stressing out due to work from home and to strike a balance between professional and personal life? The real reason for your stress is when there is a surplus amount of tasks to be accomplished and you just have fixed number of hours in a day. It could be at home, school/college or at work.
Many of you must have adopted clichéd techniques of time management but still failed? Starting the day early, planning the day ahead did not work out? You may have already set up your priority to-do list. Keeping a time planner or daily schedule just makes you run on your toes all day and you end up drained. I am not denying that these management techniques wouldn’t work at all. How much ever organized you are and planned your day ahead, you cannot ignore the fact that deviations are inevitable.
If you are unable to complete the tasks on time you may stress out. You cannot eliminate stress completely in this competitive world that we are living in. You could rather manage it more efficiently. In my opinion, time and stress management both goes hand in hand.
Is there even a way to overcome both at the same time? Damn yeah! There is definitely a way out. The key is to increase your energy levels. Here is how you can manage time and stress in our day to day lives. There are 4 layers at which you can increase your energy.

Physical Energy
Physical Energy – The four best ways to increase physical energy is healthy diet, exercise, relaxation and rest. Skipping any of these would cause a physical energy deficit. Maintaining a proper balance in diet, exercise in moderation, giving your body enough rest through sleep and relaxation shoots up the physical energy levels.

Mental Energy
Mental Energy – Brain power is something which is beyond our imagination. Mental alertness and focus can be critical to overall health and productivity. If you are overloaded mentally, though you have surplus amount of physical energy, you may drain out soon. It is not quite possible to maintain same mental energy throughout the day. Identify which part of the day, your brain is productive and active and when it is lazy or sluggish. You can manage and prioritize work accordingly. Pushing your limits and challenging your brain also boosts up the mental energy.

Emotional Energy
Emotional Energy – Emotional energy helps to improve the quality of work you do. When you are stressful, it greatly impacts our emotions. You may feel sad, angry, frustrated and depressed due to various situations. In spite of surplus energy at physical and mental level, you will not be able to manage time and stress with a load of emotional clogs. Every atom has energy and hence our bodies also radiate certain energy waves which is called Bio – energetic field that extends all around our body for about 4-5 feet. In spiritual terms this is called an Aura. When this Aura is charged with positivity, you would have immense spiritual energy. A simple way to tap into your spiritual energy is by attending to your breath. Simple breathing techniques and meditation would help you increase the spiritual energy. With this energy you could manage both time and stress with lot of ease.
In simple words, more energy leads to more productivity in less time. So you could have your time saved to do what you love! Alongside stress free living, you can enjoy life like never before.
